26 November 2001: Captured at Sauvie Island, Oregon.

Through mid-April Ridgefield NWR/Sauvie Island WA area. Used Bachelor Island, Woodland Bottoms in December, then shifted use mostly to Sauvie Island in February, March and April 2002.

MIGRATION

18 April 2002: Quinault Indian Reservation, Washington (northern coast, south of the Quinault River). On last reading moved north of river, possibly same location as 8746 recorded two days earlier. Approx. 125 direct miles from last point.


21 April 2002: North tip of Banks Island, B.C. (east of northern Queen Charlotte Islands, and just across channel from where 8726 was two days ago). Approx. 508 miles from last point.

Since 24 April 2002: Same location on Banks Island. Final destination.
