13 March 2002: Captured at Sauvie Island WA, Oregon.

This bird remained on Sauvie Island until it migrated in mid-April.

MIGRATION

 

16 April 2002: South of and then over Cape Flattery, Washington; south shore of Vancouver Island, B.C. (southeast of Clo-oose); north of Clo-oose; and Nahmint (nine miles south of Port Alberni in the center of Vancouver Island). First point approx. 193 direct miles from last point.

19 April 2002: Southern tip of Alaska. Approx. 470 miles from last point.

22 April 2002: Approx. 11 miles southeast of Prince Rupert, B.C. (east of northern Queen Charlotte Islands), near Diana Lake. Approx. 56 miles south of last point.

Since 26 April: Same general location, near Diana Lake, BC. Final destination.
