WCCWG LINKING POLICY

From time to time, the WCCWG ("WCCWG") may decide to link to web sites that it determines may be of interest to visitors to WCCWG's web site (the Site).  These web sites may offer educational, governmental or other resources or may be owned or controlled by advertisers, sponsors, licensees, customers, consultants or other third parties.

WCCWG is not responsible for the contents of any linked site, any link (s) contained in any linked site, or any changes or updates to the information contained in such sites.  WCCWG provides links to third party sites only as a convenience and the inclusion of any such link on the Site does not imply WCCWG's endorsement of either the site, the organization operating such site, or any products or services of that organization.

A visit to any site or page from WCCWG's web site via any such link is done entirely at your own risk.  We strongly recommend reading the Standard Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimers or other notifications that may be found on any such third party web sites.  Under no circumstances will WCCWG be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that is caused or alleged to have been caused in connection with the use of, or reliance on, any content, goods or services available on any other site.

Should any link on WCCWG's web site or any linked web site be found objectionable for any reason, a request that the link be removed from WCCWG's web site should be sent to thoffmannAThoffmannsDOTcom.  WCCWG will consider all such requests but shall have no obligation to remove any links or respond.

Would WCCWG link to my web site?

If you would like WCCWG to link to your web site, send a request to thoffmannAThoffmannsDOTcom. Please include your name, your organization name, contact information (such as a phone number and/or e-mail address) as well as the URL of your site and a list of any URLs from which WCCWG may link to. All requests will be decided on a case-by-case basis in the sole discretion of WCCWG and all decisions shall be final.  WCCWG will use reasonable efforts to contact you upon deciding to link to your web site, but failure to do so will not result in any liability or other obligation to you.  WCCWG has no obligation to notify you of any negative decision.  It is generally the policy of WCCWG to give preference to link to educational and governmental resource materials.

May I link to WCCWGs web site?

WCCWG permits third party sites to link to WCCWG's web site located at www.wccwg.nacwg.org pursuant to the terms below.

If you are interested in linking to WCCWG's web site, you must notify WCCWG by sending an e-mail to thoffmannAThoffmannsDOTcom . Please include your name, your organization name, contact information (such as a phone number and/or e-mail address) as well as the URL of your site and a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to WCCWG's web site.

By linking to any page on WCCWG's web site, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set forth below:

Links may be text-based using the words: "WCCWG Gallery," "WCCWG" or "wccwg.nacwg.org" (the "Licensed Marks").  You may not use the WCCWG logo or any other trademark as a link to WCCWG.

By linking, you acknowledge and agree that, other than as set forth herein, all rights to the Licensed Marks, other WCCWG marks, the content appearing on the WCCWG web site and the design of the WCCWG web site belong to WCCWG.

You may not create frames around WCCWGs web pages or use other techniques that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of WCCWGs web site.

You must not misrepresent your relationship with WCCWG or present false or misleading impressions about WCCWG.  No links to WCCWG's web site may be used in a manner that implies or suggests that WCCWG approves or endorses you, your web site or your goods and services (in all cases, except as WCCWG may have agreed separately with you in writing).

WCCWG shall have no responsibility or liability for any content appearing on your web site.  You agree to indemnify and defend WCCWG against all claims arising out of or based upon your web site.

No link (s) may appear on any page on your web site or within any context containing content or materials that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

WCCWG reserves the right at any time and in its sole discretion to request that you remove all links or any particular link to WCCWG's web site from your site.

Subject to your compliance with the above terms, WCCWG agrees to grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the Licensed Marks solely for the purpose of establishing any permitted link hereunder.  Except for the limited license to use the Licensed Marks set forth in this paragraph and otherwise as may be permitted by applicable law, you may not use any of WCCWGs trademarks or service marks for any other reason without the express written permission of WCCWG.  WCCWG may at any time, in its sole discretion, without cause, terminate the license granted herein to use the Licensed Marks and your right to link to any pages on the WCCWG web site.  In such event upon request, you agree to immediately remove all links to WCCWGs web site and to cease using the Licensed Marks.  Thereafter, any future links to WCCWGs web site will require the express written permission of WCCWG.  WCCWG reserves the right to amend these linking terms and conditions at any time.  By continuing to link to the WCCWG web site, you agree to be bound to and abide by these linking terms and conditions, as well as other legal terms of use and conditions on the WCCWG web site, as amended from time to time.  All terms and conditions related to the use of WCCWGs web site will be construed according to the laws of Washinton, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
